  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 1/2 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 2 (10 oz.) can(s)
    condensed tomato soup
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp

How to Make Italian Meatloaf


  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except soup. Mix very well.
  2. Add soup a little at a time until mixture is moist but not runny.
  3. {lace mixture in a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
  4. Cook on 350 degrees for 1 hour or until completely done. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. If cooking for fewer people you can use 3 small loaf pans. Then you have some to eat and some to freeze for later.
