Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 1/2 cups oatmeal, uncooked
- 2 (10 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 tablespoon paprika
How To Make italian meatloaf

Step 1In a large bowl combine all ingredients except soup. Mix very well.

Step 2Add soup a little at a time until mixture is moist but not runny.

Step 3{lace mixture in a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or 8 x 8 inch baking dish.

Step 4Cook on 350 degrees for 1 hour or until completely done. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

Step 5If cooking for fewer people you can use 3 small loaf pans. Then you have some to eat and some to freeze for later.
