Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/3 cup grated romano or parmesan cheese
- 1/2-1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 4-5 - fresh springs parsely, chopped
- 4-5 - fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 - large eggs
- 1-2 - cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
How To Make italian meatballs

Step 1In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together well.

Step 2Shape into balls and drop into sauce.

Step 3You may also bake, in a 350° oven for 12-15 minutes or fry meatballs and then add to sauce.
