Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 lb
    ground pork
  • 1/3 c
    grated romano or parmesan cheese
  • 1/2-1 c
    fresh bread crumbs
  • 4-5
    fresh springs parsely, chopped
  • 4-5
    fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2
    large eggs
  • 1-2
    cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c
    cold water
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    fresh ground black pepper

How to Make ITALIAN MEATBALLS

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Shape into balls and drop into sauce.
  3. You may also bake, in a 350° oven for 12-15 minutes or fry meatballs and then add to sauce.
