There was a meat loaf discussion while getting my hair cut one day and of course by the time I got home then in two weeks when I wanted to make it I forgot most of the recipe. All I remembered is a half box of Pork Stove Top Stuffing and milk. So I played with it until it tasted the way I thought it should taste.

prep time 10 Min
cook time 1 Hr 20 Min
method Bake
yield 6 or depending on how you serve it

Ingredients

  • 1/2 box pork stove top stuffing
  • 1/2 cup milk or you might need a bit more
  • 2 tablespoons instant minced onions
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 - strips of bacon
  • 1 pound hamburger

How To Make i am too lazy to cook meat loaf

  • Step 1
Mix stuffing and milk and let sit until softened a bit. Add onions, ketchup and salt and pepper then mix in hamburger. There is a lot of flavor in the stuffing so you don't need much more. I tend to just dump stuff so this time close counts.
  • Step 2
You can make one large loaf or 6 mini loafs. Just shape them however you want. For the large loaf lay strips of bacon on top length wise or side ways, it doesn't matter. For mini loafs cut the bacon in half and put it on top of the loafs.
  • Step 3
Bake at 350 for 1 hour 20 minutes for the big loaf and 45 minutes for the mini loafs.
