- 2 pounds lean beef round cut into bite size pieces
- 1 large onion/ sliced thin
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 box beef broth
- 1 bottle good red wine burgundy or merlot or your choice
- 1 teaspoon beef seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil to brown beef and onions
- 10 ounces clean sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 package carrots sliced
- 1 box frozen tiny onions
- 1 bag noodles, cooked
- - corn starch or flour and water mixed well to thicken
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Brown beef and add onions sauté in olive oil After seasoning with a good beef seasoning

Step 2Place beef and onions into crockpot

Step 3Pour beef stock over meat

Step 4Add bottle of wine

Step 5Add garlic Add three Bay Leaves

Step 6Cover and put on Low for 6-8 hours setting

Step 7After about five hours add carrots

Step 8About one hour before serving add mushrooms and pearl onions

Step 9Thicken sauce Remove all Bay Leaves!!!

Step 10Add salt and fresh pepper to taste

Step 11Serve over cooked egg noodles with some good warmed rolls or bread .
