Very easy recipe for busy nights. You can add any vegetable variation, seasonings to your taste or leave just as is and serve with a side salad. I have added garlic, onion and chopped peppers to the ground beef while cooking before.

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 package broad "no yolks" pasta
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- - pepper to taste
How To Make hot john

Step 1Cook pasta as per package directions. Drain and return to pot, set aside.

Step 2Meanwhile, brown ground beef, add mushrooms half way through browning. Add seasoning to taste.

Step 3Add soup to ground meat.

Step 4Combine meat mixture to drained pasta, mix well. Serve with side salad.
