    beef brisket

    liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder

How to Make HICKORY SMOKED BRISKET

Step-by-Step

  1. PLACE BEEF ON PIECE OF FOIL.
  2. SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING INGREDIENTS. WRAP FOIL SECURELY AROUND BEEF. PLACE IN SLOW COOKER.
  3. COVER. COOK ON LOW 8-12 HOURS. SERVE WARM WITH JUICE LADLED OVER EACH SLICE.
