1Mix beef, egg, crumbs salt & pepper, onion powder, garlic and Worchestershire sauce...form into patties.
2Heat oil, brown patties & onion, remove patties and set aside. Sprinkle flour over browned onions & drippings...mix add broth season with seasoned salt. Simmer over med-low for 5 min. or so to thicken. Turn down low add patties back into pan.
3Simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
Optional...I added mushrooms to mine...I love mushrooms.
