Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - egg
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup mushrooms (optional)
How To Make hamburger steaks with onion & mushroom gravy

Step 1Mix beef, egg, crumbs salt & pepper, onion powder, garlic and Worchestershire sauce...form into patties.

Step 2Heat oil, brown patties & onion, remove patties and set aside. Sprinkle flour over browned onions & drippings...mix add broth season with seasoned salt. Simmer over med-low for 5 min. or so to thicken. Turn down low add patties back into pan.

Step 3Simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes. Optional...I added mushrooms to mine...I love mushrooms.
