Can't remember where I got this recipe, but its my go to when I want a nice dinner but not alot of work and low cost.

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package dry brown gravy mix
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 medium onion, diced (optional)
- 1 cup water
How To Make hamburger steak with mushroom gravy

Step 1Combine hamburger with onion soup, if adding onion add. Mix well.

Step 2Shape into 4 patties about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 3Fry in a large skillet till cooked threw. Remove from skillet.

Step 4In same skillet combine mushroom soup, brown gravy and water. If using mushroom add.

Step 5Return patties to skillet, cook until patties are warmed threw.
