How to Make Hamburger Helper...with a Twist!

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook Hamburger Helper according to directions...omitting the "topping" package. (It's nasty!)

After adding the rice and pack of seasoning mix, add the mexicorn, beans and tomatoes .

Cook for 20 minutes or so on "medium" heat until rice is done.

    Let sit for 5-10 minutes.

Top with cheese and serve with chips and sour cream.

It has vegetables in it but I like to serve a salad with it as well...
