- 3-4 dashes of soy sauce
- 2 cups white rice, cooked and hot

Step 1IN A LG.COOKING POT FRY UP HAMBURGER TILL IT'S DONE LOOSE. AFTER DRAIN OIL OUT.

Step 2PUT HAMBURG BACK IN POT ,OPEN CAN PEAS AND THE CARROTS . DO NOT DRAIN JUICE FROM CANS . POUR THEM INTO POT WITH THE HAMBURG .

Step 3ADD YOUR SEASONINGS ,1 TSP.SALT ,1 TSP.BLACK PEPPER, 1 TSP. OF GARLIC POWDER. OR ADD TO YOUR TASTE . 3-4 SHAKES OF SOY SAUCE . THEN OPEN LG CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE AND ADD .MIX ALL TOGETHER . SIMMER FOR ABOUT 15 MIN,TO 20 MIN.
