grilled meatloaf
This could be cooked in a oven too, but ever since hubby got out of the army 17 years ago when we were staying with his father, and he wouldn't let us use the oven to make the meatloaf we had made up. We tried it on the grill, been doing meatloaf on the grill in the summer ever since. This is what I came up with last night trying to get my own perfect meatloaf recipe.
