Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons each fresh parsley, rosemary, and thyme minced
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 pounds skirt steak
How To Make grilled marinated skirt steak

Step 1place all ingredients except oil and steak in food processor. Process drizzling the oil in the marinade.

Step 2Marinate the steak at least 12 hours or overnight. Grill until desired doneness
