grilled meatloaf burger ( nmd)
I love meat loaf. I also love grilling it like a burger. I wanted to come up with something special for this holiday week end. It is a juicy loaded burger topped with Cheddar cheese, Bacon, Lettuce and tomato! Enjoy all!!

Ingredients
- 1 pound 85 % lean ground round
- 1 package 8 potato sandwich rolls (using 2 in meatloaf mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup for mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 clove chopped garlic in food processor
- 1/2 - large sweet onion,about 1 cup chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped white mushrooms
- 10 - slices of cooked bacon divided ( 5 for mix)
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- TOP OF BURGER
- 6 - slices of cheddar cheese for burger top
- - remaining bacon from above
- - lettuce and tomato slices for top of burger
- - ketchup
How To Make grilled meatloaf burger ( nmd)

Step 1Cook the bacon and set aside. Partially cook the onion and chopped mushroom together in a tablespoon of butter and set aside.

Step 2divide rolls in half. Dip in the milk. Squeeze out the milk. add to burger in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients with the onions,mushrooms,and bacon . Mix well with hands.

Step 3Form in to patties and grill to your liking. Top with a slice of Cheddar cheese.

Step 4Add lettuce,tomato if desired and serve on a potato roll.
