  • 1/4 c
  • 1 1/2 c
    soft bread crumbs (2 slices)
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt or powder
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning

How to Make Grandma Connie's Meatballs


  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Roll 1/3 cup balls and bake 30 minutes. Add to your Marinara sauce.
  3. Serve with pasta.
