gourmet goulash
I love cooking with wine. It amps up the flavor in your dishes. I never used wine in the past because I didn't know which kind was good but with trial and error I have found three favorite wines that complement most any dish. I use Cabernet Sauvignon for most beef, lamb, and tomato based dishes. I use a dry Chardonnay for chicken, fish, and pork dishes. I also use Shaxoing wine for Asian dishes. I get the Shaxoing wine on Amazon.
