Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 16 ounces elbow macaroni
- 2 (24 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded (optional)

Step 2In a dutch oven, brown the ground beef with the onion until the beef is completely browned and onion is softened. Pour off excess grease.

Step 3Add macaroni and all other ingredients to the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes until heated through. Serve hot with cheese sprinkled on top if desired.
