This is something i came up with one night when I didnt have a lot of time to do shopping or cooking, this turned out pretty good and everyone loved it :)

method Convection Oven

yield 8 - 10

Ingredients

3 boxes - of hamburger helper stroganoff
1 bag - shredded chedder cheese (i use tillamook cheese )
1 can - flaky layers biscuits
1 - package of hamburger ( enough for the hamburger helper)

How To Make glorified hamburger helper

Step 1

Brown the hamburger in the pan until well cooked then drain the fat

Step 2

while meat is cooking preheat oven to 350 degrees (or temp requiered on biscuit package )
Step 3

add the strognoff to the hamburger and prepare according to package instructions
Step 4

when stroganoff is finished spoon into the 13x9 pan then spread entire package of cheese on top (about 2 cups shredded cheese) then place biscuits on top and place in preheated oven and bake for the amount of time on biscuit package (depending on the biscuits you use its about 17 minutes )
