- Combine Worcestershire sauce, oil, garlic, and brown sugar in a measuring cup.
- Season steaks with salt & pepper and place in a flat container with sealable lid, or a zip lock freezer bag.
- Pour marinade over steaks and swirl to coat thoroughly.
- refrigerate for at least 4 hours, up to overnight.
- Cook over hot coals 5 - 7 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
