- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
How To Make flank steak

Step 1Half an hour before broiling or grilling, blend the ingredients in a bowl and brush the mixture on all sides of the steak. (You may wish to lightly salt the steak in advance of the application.) Comver the steak with plastic wrap, but do not refrigerate. Let stand
