Ingredients
- 1/2 pound hamburger meat
- 1/2 pound ground sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 32 ounces velvetta cheese
- 1 can rotel tomatoes, small
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, small
How To Make favorite cheese dip

Step 1Brown meats and saute onion and garlic with meat for about 3 minutes. Drain fat.

Step 2Add the cheeses, Rotel and soup and cook over low heat. At this point, could put all in crockpot on low for about 3 hours.

Step 3If too thick, thin with a little evaporated milk. Serve hot over tortilla chips!
