This recipe is very easy and wonderful. I usually serve with rice and one enchilada is a nice size if you use the big tortilla's

Ingredients

  • 1 package 10 flour tortilla
  • 1 can 19 oz enchalada sauce
  • 1 can 31 oz refired beans
  • 1 can 10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 package big fiesta blend shredded cheese

How To Make enchalada

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Mix enchilada sauce and cream of mushroom soup in pot and cook on low for 15-20 minutes
  • Step 2
    While above mixture is cooking brown ground meat and drain
  • Step 3
    Take your tortilla and spread a layer of refried beans. Place browned meat and layer of cheese in center of tortilla and fold each side over the center. Place the tortilla in a baking pan and continue above steps until all ingredients are used.
  • Step 4
    Pour sauce mixture over tortilla and sprinkle remaining cheese. Place in oven for 30-40 minutes
