This recipe is very easy and wonderful. I usually serve with rice and one enchilada is a nice size if you use the big tortilla's

Ingredients
- 1 package 10 flour tortilla
- 1 can 19 oz enchalada sauce
- 1 can 31 oz refired beans
- 1 can 10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 package big fiesta blend shredded cheese
How To Make enchalada

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Mix enchilada sauce and cream of mushroom soup in pot and cook on low for 15-20 minutes

Step 2While above mixture is cooking brown ground meat and drain

Step 3Take your tortilla and spread a layer of refried beans. Place browned meat and layer of cheese in center of tortilla and fold each side over the center. Place the tortilla in a baking pan and continue above steps until all ingredients are used.

Step 4Pour sauce mixture over tortilla and sprinkle remaining cheese. Place in oven for 30-40 minutes
