Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup horseradish
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 pounds beef tenderloin
How To Make elegant beef tenderloin

Step 1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

Step 2In a bowl,stir together all ingredients except the beef tenderloin.

Step 3Rub the mixture over the entire surface of the beef.

Step 4Put the tenderloin in a heavy nonstick roasting pan without a rack.

Step 5Bake, uncovered, approximately 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 132 for medium rare.

Step 6Let meat rest for 10 to 15 minutes before carving.
