I was never able to make roast beef that was perfect for sandwiches like you get At the deli until I found this recipe.It is perfect roast beef every time.

How To Make easy roast beef

Step 1

Pre heat oven to 500. Season with any spices you like my husband only likes S and P.Then put beef in cook for 5 min per lb for rare, 6 mins per lb for med rare.

Step 2

Turn stove off leave door closed for 2 hours. Slice and Injoy.
