Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (4.5 ounce) chopped green chiles (undrained)
- 1/2 cup bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 medium chopped tomato
How To Make easy peasy taco pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.

Step 2Brown beef and onion over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until beef is brown. Stir in taco seasoning mix and spread into pie plate. Top evenly chiles.

Step 3In a medium bowl mix Bisquick, milk and eggs until well blended. Pour into pie plate.

Step 4Bake 25 minutes, top with cheese and tomato, bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with refried beans or green salad.
