Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 medium
    onion chopped
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can(s)
    (4.5 ounce) chopped green chiles (undrained)
  • 1/2 c
    bisquick mix
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    shredded cheese
  • 1 medium
    chopped tomato

How to Make Easy Peasy Taco Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. Brown beef and onion over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until beef is brown. Stir in taco seasoning mix and spread into pie plate. Top evenly chiles.
  3. In a medium bowl mix Bisquick, milk and eggs until well blended. Pour into pie plate.
  4. Bake 25 minutes, top with cheese and tomato, bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with refried beans or green salad.
