easy hamburger sliders

Really easy to make. You can use small pan for just a few sliders, or a big pan for more. Grease doesn't get all over the stove so clean up is a breeze.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds hamburger
  • 1/8 slice onions, small white
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup a1 sauce
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 package hawaiian bread rolls

How To Make easy hamburger sliders

  • Step 1
    Mix everything together. Press into 9X11 pan. I use a meatloaf pan that has a tray in it so the grease drains from the burgers. Bake on 350 for 30 minutes.
  • Step 2
    If using regular pan just pour off the grease or lift meat out of the pan with 2 spatulas and place on paper towels to drain. Then place back in pan.
  • Step 3
    Add the cheese on top and bake a few more minutes till cheese is melted. Cut into bun sized pieces and whatever toppings you want. While burgers are cooking, I prepare whatever kind of side dish I want
