- 2 pounds ground beef
- x large can salsa, mild
- 2 packages flour tortillas
- 2 packages cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package cheddar cheese, shredded - taco style
How To Make easy enchiladas

Step 1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Cook Ground beef and drain. add salsa, lots of chedder cheese and cook til warmed through.

Step 3Spray with pam and layer 9X13 glass dish with layer of salsa, Add meat mixture to shells and roll, placing them in rows in dish on top of salsa. cover well with salsa and spread taco flavored cheese over top. Bake apr 15 minutes or until cheese is melted .
