  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 medium
    sweet onion diced
  • 1 can(s)
    (15 oz) sweet peas
  • 1 can(s)
    (15 oz) carrots
  • 1 can(s)
    (15 oz) whole kernel corn
  • 6 large
    peeled, diced, and cooked potatoes
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 1/2 tsp
  • 1 pkg
    shredded (block) medium cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick
  • 1/4 c
    evaporated milk

How to Make Easy Cheesy Shepherds Pie


  1. In skillet brown ground beef and onions using 1 tsp salt, onion powder, and garlic powder, and drain and then add Worcestershire sauce and cook for 1 min.
  2. In large bowl combine cooked beef and vegetables and poor in your dish or pan.
  3. Add remaining salt, milk, and butter to the potatoes and mash. Pour over beef mixture and spread out evenly. Sprinkle cheese over top and cook in 350* pre-heated oven for 20-25 mins until bubbly. Enjoy :)
