For those who like a little extra kick to thier burgers !!! If you don't want the peppers IN the burgers use the juice from the peppers in burgers and put diced peppers on top as part of garnish

yield 4-6 medium burgers

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup frank's red hot sauce
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - garlic powder with parsley
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers- diced
  • 1/3 cup pepperoncini peppers juice (optional)

How To Make hot and spicy burgers

  • Step 1
    Mix together ground beef and egg in large bowl
  • Step 2
    Lightly season with salt,pepper,and garlic powder add crumbs
  • Step 3
    Combine hot sauce and peppers
  • Step 4
    Add to meat mixture blending well. Cover and place in fridge for 15 mins.
  • Step 5
    Remove from fridge form into patties Cook on grill or stove top medium high heat for 5 minutes ( 2 1/2 minutes each side)
  • Step 6
    Garnish with lettuce,tomato and onion
