Ingredients

1-1/2 lbground beef or ground turkey

1egg
-
1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1/2 cbread crumbs

1 can(s)(8 ounces) tomato sauce

1onion, chopped
-
1 can(s)(16 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce

1 Tbspbutter, melted
How to Make Different Sweet and Sour Meatballs
- Add egg, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs to ground beef.
Mix thoroughly and roll into small balls. - Saute cut up onion in butter; add cranberry sauce, tomato sauce and cook very slowly for 1/2 hour.
Remove from stove and strain through colander and pour into a saucepan over low flame. - When sauce starts to simmer, add meatballs.
Cover and cook slowly for 45 minutes.
