Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 can (16 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
How To Make different sweet and sour meatballs

Step 1Add egg, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs to ground beef. Mix thoroughly and roll into small balls.

Step 2Saute cut up onion in butter; add cranberry sauce, tomato sauce and cook very slowly for 1/2 hour. Remove from stove and strain through colander and pour into a saucepan over low flame.

Step 3When sauce starts to simmer, add meatballs. Cover and cook slowly for 45 minutes.
