2 lbground chuck or turkey
6 mediumpeppers ( any color )
1 mediumchopped onion
2 Tbspminced garlic
1 dash(es)worcestershire sauce
28 ozdiced tomatoes drained
·shredded cheddar cheese
How to Make Diabetic Stuffed Peppers
- Add olive oil to deep frypan.
Drain tomatoes , reserve liquid.
Prepare peppers. Boil water and add peppers for about 5 minutes. Remove and place in baking dish.
- Brown all ingredients in frypan ( except cheese ).
Spoon into peppers.
Sprinkle shedded cheese over tops.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
