- 6 medium peppers ( any color )
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes drained
- - shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make diabetic stuffed peppers

Step 1Add olive oil to deep frypan. Drain tomatoes , reserve liquid. Prepare peppers. Boil water and add peppers for about 5 minutes. Remove and place in baking dish.

Step 2Brown all ingredients in frypan ( except cheese ). Spoon into peppers. Sprinkle shedded cheese over tops. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
