This is usually served over rice but I through it in a flour tortilla and it was great. My son put it in a bun and loved it.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds flank steak cut into strips
- 5 tablespoons oil
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 large green pepper diced
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 cup white wine
- 6 ounces sofrito sauce
- 1 cup goya mojo criollo sauce

Step 1Heat 3 tbsp olive oil and brown meat on all sides. Remove from pan.

Step 2Add remaining oil and saute onion, and green pepper. Add garlic and cook until translucent.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients and meat. Simmer 1 1/2 hours or until meat can be shredded with fork.
