Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sal
- 1 can rotel, undrained
- 1 can healthy request cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups corn or tortilla chips
- - tomatoes, olives, lettuce (for toppings)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
How To Make crunchy taco casserole

Step 1Pre-Heat oven to 375. While oven is pre-heating brown ground beef. Drain and add in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, soup, rotel, and 1/4 cup cheese. Stir and let simmer for 10 minutes. To assemble, layer meat mixture and tortilla chips. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered for about 15 minutes or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted. Enjoy!
