Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1-32oz. bag(s)
    frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 can(s)
    cheddar cheese soup
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    small onion, finely chopped
  • 1-15oz. can(s)
    sloppy joe sauce
  • 2 dash(es)
    shredded cheddar
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Crockpot Sloppy Joe Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.
  2. In large bowl, combine potatoes, soup,egg, salt and pepper. Stir well. Spread in bottom of crockpot.
  3. Brown ground beef and onion- drain. Stir in sloppy joe sauce. Spread over potatoes.
  4. Cover and cook on low 4 - 4 1/2 hrs. 10 min. or so before done, add shredded cheese on top and cook until cheese melts.
