Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1-32oz. bag(s)
frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed
1 can(s)
cheddar cheese soup
1
egg, beaten
1 lb
ground beef
1
small onion, finely chopped
1-15oz. can(s)
sloppy joe sauce
2 dash(es)
shredded cheddar
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Crockpot Sloppy Joe Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.
  • 2In large bowl, combine potatoes, soup,egg, salt and pepper. Stir well. Spread in bottom of crockpot.
  • 3Brown ground beef and onion- drain. Stir in sloppy joe sauce. Spread over potatoes.
  • 4Cover and cook on low 4 - 4 1/2 hrs. 10 min. or so before done, add shredded cheese on top and cook until cheese melts.
