Ingredients
- 2 pounds round steak
- 1 can petite diced tomato, undrained
- 1 jar (12 oz.) beef gravy
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1-2 large carrots, diced
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
How To Make crock pot swiss steak

Step 1Mix together tomatoes, garlic, beef gravy, diced carrot, worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and thyme, set aside.

Step 2Season each side of steak with salt and pepper to taste. Dredge steaks in flour and brown on both sides in hot oil.

Step 3Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
