1 - london broil
1 package ranch salad dressing mix
1 package italian salad dressing mix
1 package brown gravy mix
1-1/2 cup water (i use coca cola)

How To Make crock pot london broil

Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients with the 1 1/2 cups water or Coca Cola.

Step 2

Place roast in crock pot.
Step 3

Pour the mixture over roast and cook on low overnight.
