- 2 pounds chuck roast
- 2 cups fat free beef broth
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 - garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

Step 1Place roast in bottom of crock pot. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until meat is falling apart. Spoon into rolls or bakery bread of your choice and serve with juice for dipping. Enjoy!
