Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 2 lb
    chuck roast
  • 2 c
    fat free beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2
    garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    balsamic vinegar

How to Make Crock Pot Balsamic French Dip Sandwiches


  1. Place roast in bottom of crock pot. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until meat is falling apart. Spoon into rolls or bakery bread of your choice and serve with juice for dipping. Enjoy!
