- 1 medium white onion finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
How To Make cream hamburger gravy

Step 1Measure milk and set to the side. Brown beef with onion and garlic in pan. Then set in bowl to the side.

Step 3In small pan melt butter and then add flour. Mix with whisk and cook for 2 minutes. The mixture will small nutty.

Step 4Slowly pour in milk by 1/2 a cup and whisk until mix in. Then continue these steps until all is mix in. The mixture will thicken as it heats. Once thicken add beef mixture.

Step 5You can serve this over mashed potatoes or noodles
