This is a recipe I made up after looking for a one skillet dinner. Everything looked good! So I made something of my own. Turned out pretty well! I think next time I will add asparagus.

How To Make concrete cowboy hash
-
Step 1In a cast iron or oven friendly large skillet add olive oil. Saute sliced mushrooms. When mushrooms are half cooked, add chopped onion and cook until tender. Set aside
-
Step 2Brown burger and drain.
-
Step 3Add back in mushrooms and onion, corn, green beans, wild rice and seasoning packet. Mix well. Add chicken broth until almost to the top of the mixture. Cover and let cook for about 5 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
-
Step 4Make four small wells and add an egg into each. Put into oven and let cook until the egg is to your liking. This step is optional.
-
Step 5Serve and enjoy! Note: This recipe doesn't need added salt due to the rice seasoning packet - but if you like more feel free.
