Ingredients
- 1 2-3 pounds boneless chuck roast
- 1 can cooked potatoes
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make chuck roast au gratin

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Place roast in 9x13 pan. Roast at 350 for one hour. Spoon off fat.

Step 2Add about 1/2 - 1 cup water. Cover and cook one hour.

Step 3Combine soup and chives and pour over the meat. Cover and cook for one hour. Add the drained canned potatoes around the meat after 1/2 hour.

Step 4Uncover and Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake until the cheese melts.
