1 2-3 lbboneless chuck roast
1 can(s)cooked potatoes
1 Tbspchopped chives
1 or 2 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make Chuck Roast Au Gratin
- Preheat oven to 350. Place roast in 9x13 pan. Roast at 350 for one hour. Spoon off fat.
- Add about 1/2 - 1 cup water. Cover and cook one hour.
- Combine soup and chives and pour over the meat. Cover and cook for one hour. Add the drained canned potatoes around the meat after 1/2 hour.
- Uncover and Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake until the cheese melts.
