Chinese Hamburger Casserole
1 cchopped onions
1 cdiced celery
1 can(s)4 0z. sliced mushrooms
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
2 Tbspsoy sauce
1 cwhite rice or rice of your choice
1/2 pkgcrispy chow mien noodles
How to Make Chinese Hamburger Casserole
- brown hamburger in skillet, drain and set aside
- In large casserole dish, mix together the soups, onions, celery and soy sauce and mushrooms
- Add meat to the soup mixture, mix well . Add the water and rice.
- Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour or until rice is done.
Cover top with crispy chow mien noodles and let rest for 10 min before serving.
