chili corn casserole

I made this on a whim and picky eaters at my table loved it.I did cook this on the stove & in the oven.I'm not a good cook but this was easy.

Ingredients
- 4-5 small potatoes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups pinto beans ( or 1 can, risned & drained)
- 1 cup cream cron
- 1 cup regular corn
- 1 box jiffy corn bread mix
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup cheese, shredded
- - salt & pepper to tast (s&p)
How To Make chili corn casserole

Step 1Peel & cut potatoes into chip sizes. Then cook in water for about 5 min. Drain, set off to the side.

Step 2Cook meat in pan w/ beans & tomato sauce. Add 1 teaspoon of chili powder and S&P to taste.

Step 3Mix in bowl all the corn & corn bread mix. Add egg, milk, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder & paprika. S&P to taste.

Step 4Put potatoes in glass baking dish should only cover bottom of dish.

Step 5Then add meat and spread it out over potatoes.

Step 6Last put corn mix over the top meet. Lightly sprinkle cheese on top.

Step 7Bake in oven @ 350 for about 45 min. Cover with foil.

Step 8Let it set for 5 min before serving.
