Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
- 2 cans 8 ozs, each, tomato sauce
- 2 cans 16 ozs each, petite diced tomatoes
- 2 cans 16 ozs each, pinto beans
- 1 can 10 3/4 ozs tomato puree
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 teaspoons ground cumin
How To Make chili

Step 1Brown meat and onion in skillet.

Step 2Place meat and chopped onion in large pot.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients

Step 4Simmer for an hour, or can simmer all day. The longer the better but will need to check if water should be added periodically.
