Cheesy Meat Loafs Minis

Connie Soles

I was looking for a way to intrigue my Grandson with meatloaf and found this recipe. I have also tweaked it some and will use ritz crackers and/or breadcrumbs, put a little more ketchup in the mix and always put more ketchup on top near the end of baking.

This recipe will make 6 mini meatloaves!

If made as above, it has 256 calories, 11 grams of protein, 11 mg of carbs and points + is 7. (Yes this is one of my Weight Watchers recipes!)
