Cheesy Chili Tot Casserole

Our family loves this casserole! It's easily doubled and freezes well.

1 can(s)
chili with beans
1/2 lb
ground beef
1 can(s)
green chilies (4 or 8 oz depending on how much heat you like)
1 can(s)
black olives, sliced
1 1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 bag(s)
tater tots (or enough to cover your casserole)


1Cook ground beef. Stir in chili, olives, and green chilies. Pour into a greased 8 inch or 2 qt casserole dish. Top with 1 cup of the cheese. Then lay out the tots in a single layer on top.
2Bake at 350 for 30 min. Top with the last 1/2 cup of cheese and bake 10 minutes more. Enjoy!
