This is my own creation. My husband just loves it. I use Fenugreek spice in this recipe. Fenugreek is a Middle Eastern spice with a unique flavor that is quite delicious. It can be found at specialty spice stores or on Amazon

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons fenugreek
- 1 teaspoon mace
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can refrigerated large butter biscuits
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 8 large dill pickle slices
- - blooming onion sauce
- 1/4 cup each olive oil, chili sauce, and ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 teaspoon each cajun seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder
- 1/2 - lemon juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make cheeseburger casserole with blooming onion sauce

Step 1Brown beef with onions, garlic, fenugreek, mace, salt and pepper. Place in a 8x8 baking pan. Top with cheese then Refrigerated biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile prepare blooming onion sauce by mixing all ingredients together.

Step 3Top each biscuit with a dill pickle and spoon blooming onion sauce over top and serve
