i use this same method to make meatloaf. my family loves it!

prep time 35 Min
cook time 45 Min
method Bake
yield depends on how much you make and the size of the meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1-2 pound gorund beef or your choice of ground meat
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 cup bread crumbs (you may need more)
  • to taste - salt and pepper
  • 1 - onion
  • to taste - worcestershire sauce
  • 2 - egg
  • THIS IS ANOTHER RECIPE THAT I DON'T REALLY MEASURE ON. BUT ITS FAIRLY SIMPLE! YOU DON'T WANT THE MEAT TO "STICKY" THATS WHY I SAY YOU MIGHT NEED MORE BREAD CRUMBS. OR YOU CAN USE CRACKERS OR CORN FLAKES. I'VE EVEN USED CHEERIOS!

How To Make chaney's meatballs

  • Step 1
mix all ingredients together in a bowl. i like to mix my egg before i put it in.
  • Step 2
make sure the mixture isn't "sticky" meaning it form a shape well without trying to stick to your hands.
  • Step 3
make your balls and place them on a baking pan with sides as there will be grease. cook on 350 for about 30-45 mins
  • Step 4
you can use these to make spaghetti, meatballs (this is my recipe for swedish meatballs) https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/main-course-beef/my-hubbys-meatballs.html hope you enjoy them as much as we do!!
