frozen peas and carrots
1Brown ground beef and onions, drain.
2Add worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic, black pepper
3Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture and combine.
4Add 1/2 cup water and kitchen bouquet. Simmer for 10 minutes
5Add peas and carrots and simmer 5 minutes longer.
6Place red peppers in baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
7Fill peppers with beef mixture and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
8Bake on 350* for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
