1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 tspkitchen bouquet

1 cfrozen peas and carrots

3red peppers

1 cpanko bread crumbs
How to Make Carolina Stuffed Peppers
- Brown ground beef and onions, drain.
- Add worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic, black pepper
- Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture and combine.
- Add 1/2 cup water and kitchen bouquet. Simmer for 10 minutes
- Add peas and carrots and simmer 5 minutes longer.
- Place red peppers in baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
- Fill peppers with beef mixture and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- Bake on 350* for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
