Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon kitchen bouquet
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 3 - red peppers
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
How To Make carolina stuffed peppers

Step 1Brown ground beef and onions, drain.

Step 2Add worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic, black pepper

Step 3Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture and combine.

Step 4Add 1/2 cup water and kitchen bouquet. Simmer for 10 minutes

Step 5Add peas and carrots and simmer 5 minutes longer.

Step 6Place red peppers in baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

Step 7Fill peppers with beef mixture and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

Step 8Bake on 350* for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
