  • 1 lb
    gd. beef
  • 1/2 lb
    gd. pork
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix
  • 2 large
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp

  • 1/2 c
    chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    hot sauce
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 small
    lemon juiced
  • 1/2 stick
    cold butter sliced into 4 pieces

How to Make Cajun Meatballs with Cajun BBQ Sauce


  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients for meatballs together and roll into desired shaped balls. Place on baking sheet and bake 20 to 30 minutes depending on size of meatball.
  2. Meanwhile make the sauce. Mix all ingredients except butter together in a saucepan. Cook over med high heat for about 5 minutes until reduced a bit. slowly stir in the butter one slice at a time constantly stirring until each melts and incorporates into a sauce. Serve with meatballs
