Ingredients
- MEATBALLS
- 1 pound gd. beef
- 1/2 pound gd. pork
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- CAJUN BBQ SAUCE
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small lemon juiced
- 1/2 stick cold butter sliced into 4 pieces
How To Make cajun meatballs with cajun bbq sauce

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients for meatballs together and roll into desired shaped balls. Place on baking sheet and bake 20 to 30 minutes depending on size of meatball.

Step 2Meanwhile make the sauce. Mix all ingredients except butter together in a saucepan. Cook over med high heat for about 5 minutes until reduced a bit. slowly stir in the butter one slice at a time constantly stirring until each melts and incorporates into a sauce. Serve with meatballs
