Busy Day Beef Stew
This stew is more about the meat, than vegetables. If you add a lot of veggies, I would double the ingredients and add more time to the cooking.
I have served with noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.

2 lbstew meat
1/2 cdry, red wine
1 - 10.5 ozcream of mushroom soup
1 - 8 ozcan, sliced mushrooms, drained
1 pkglipton onion soup mix
3/4 lbbaby carrots - optional
IF TOO THICK WHEN FINISHED...JUST ADD A LITTLE WATER OR BEEF BROTH
1/4 - 1/2 cbeef broth - optional - to thin out - do not add while cooking, decide after if you want to use
I HAVE STARTED DOUBLING THIS RECIPE, AND ADDING MORE VEGGIES, SUCH AS CHUNKS OF POTATOES...I JUST DOUBLE THE MEAT AND SOUP...ALWAYS COMES OUT DELICIOUS
