Burritos with spicy velveeta sauce
8 largeflour burrito tortillas
1 lbground beef
1/2 cchopped onions
4 clovegarlic minced
2 Tbsptaco seasoning or one packet
1/2 tspchili powder
2 cshredded cheddar
1 lbvelveeta cheese or use mexican velveeta and omit the cajun seasoning
1/2 cheavy cream
1 tspcajun seasoning
How to Make Burritos with spicy velveeta sauce
- Brown the beef with chopped onions, and garlic. Add the taco seasoning and chili powder. Add salt to taste. Remove from heat and add shredded cheese.
- Meanwhile melt Velveeta with heavy cream. Once smooth add cajun seasoning.
- Warm tortillas. Add meat mixture. Roll up. Pour Velveeta sauce over top
