Ingredients

  • 8 large flour burrito tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning or one packet
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 pound velveeta cheese or use mexican velveeta and omit the cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning

How To Make burritos with spicy velveeta sauce

  • Step 1
    Brown the beef with chopped onions, and garlic. Add the taco seasoning and chili powder. Add salt to taste. Remove from heat and add shredded cheese.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile melt Velveeta with heavy cream. Once smooth add cajun seasoning.
  • Step 3
    Warm tortillas. Add meat mixture. Roll up. Pour Velveeta sauce over top
