Ingredients
- 8 large flour burrito tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning or one packet
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 pound velveeta cheese or use mexican velveeta and omit the cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
How To Make burritos with spicy velveeta sauce

Step 1Brown the beef with chopped onions, and garlic. Add the taco seasoning and chili powder. Add salt to taste. Remove from heat and add shredded cheese.

Step 2Meanwhile melt Velveeta with heavy cream. Once smooth add cajun seasoning.

Step 3Warm tortillas. Add meat mixture. Roll up. Pour Velveeta sauce over top
